Aging

Read This If You Feel Old (An Essay)

After finding out my age…

Her: “You look so young.”

Me: “I *am* young.”

And I’m not accelerating the aging process like many of those around me.

Listen.

The universe is ‘old’.

Humans, regardless of their age / lifespan,

are just babies in the big scheme of things.

We are here only for a blip even if we make it far into ‘old age’.

50… 75… 100…

Still fresh.

Still new.

Still in our true prime.

Even as our form shifts over time, like all physical things do.

Still ageless, timeless, eternal and everlasting.

Unless of course you’re not keeping current with yourself.

And you’ve got a fuckton of matter weighing you down.

And you’re buying into the societal bullshit of what it means to age.

And you’ve been neglecting your true work and your body for eons.

Then of course you will feel ‘old’ and you will look much older than you should and you will move far less freely than you’re actually capable of — just like the masses.

And of course you’ll fear aging (like this gal does), and death by proxy, because you haven’t been doing what you’re supposed to be doing as a functioning human:

cleaning up your shit and taking full responsibility for every aspect of your life, including the state of your body and the illusions you have around form.

And more and worse of what you’ve currently got going on (when what you’ve got going on is based on limitation; both perceived and real) would scare anybody.

So if you haven’t prioritized yourself, the deep work, your health and your body yet,

get crackin’.

And start with going carnivore (or at the very least, keto) and The Power of Mobility.

Before You Get Work Done (An Essay)

I was chatting with a hottie at the club who is the same age as me.

And she shared how much she hates / fears getting older,

which was evident regardless of her sharing that.

And she shared about the work she has gotten done (and more that she still wants to do),

which was evident regardless of her sharing that.

And while I’m not opposed at all to people doing exactly what they want to do to, and with, their bodies…

(because I certainly intend to get ‘work’ done in the future — not botox or implants, mind you, because I don’t want that in my body…

and not because I think I ‘need’ it… (I simply want it, and I’ve known for years exactly what I want)

and I will have no problem sharing that process if and when I do it — because you already know I could care less what you or anyone else would think of that)

you can tell the difference between someone getting work done in an attempt to ‘hold on’ to something they perceive is fading — which is fear / illusion / compensation based…

and someone getting work done for the fun of it,

and just because that’s the next true step that reflects the vision of themselves they want to step into.

And if you have the means and the desire to shape your vessel in any way you like, and in a way that feels safe and perfect for you, go for it.

It’s only a body.

And it will (re)turn back to nothing soon enough.

But…

Getting work done won’t quell the noise if the noise is what’s driving you to get it done.

Just like more money won’t solve your money problems.

Because money problems aren’t about money.

And the compensatory drive to change your appearance is not about your looks / your body / the aging process, either.

The noise has nothing to do with those things.

And you need to do the work to see through the bullshit of that so that if and when you do choose to enhance your vessel, it can look and feel natural / completely accurate on you (even if it looks artificial), because it’s a true reflection of you and the vision you want to step into; not an attempt to ‘fix’ what you’ve yet to address internally by ‘fixing’ something externally.

Not the vibe.

And…

If you are someone that judges people who get work done,

then that is the noise you need to contend with and see through.

Because your judgement is not about other people getting work done.

Aging Unnaturally (An Essay)

It’s not that you slow down the aging process when you exist naturally.

It’s that you accelerate the aging process when you don’t.

It’s not about the food.

It’s not about the exercise.

It’s about the energetic state that precedes and carries each choice and each movement.

Is it in truth or compensation?

Is it an expression and an extension of the first or not?

You already know.

Living naturally is being in sync with who you are.

Living unnaturally is being in resistance to that.

Living naturally is being free of the weight of illusion.

Living unnaturally is being steeped in it.

Resistance is what accelerates the aging process.

And when you stop resisting…

life

yourself

this moment

the other

you stop that acceleration.

So it’s not a slowing down.

It’s being what you are meant to be.

Yourself.

And free of yourself.

And when you are both,

it’s easy to see how matter ages those around you.

Because matter is heavy.

And truth is light.

And no form of diet or exercise can compensate for a life lived in compensation.
