You Don't Need Boundaries (An Essay)

Standards, boundaries and thresholds are what you create / enforce / adhere to / require when your energy doesn’t speak for itself, when you don’t actually trust yourself, and your choices aren’t sourced from the truth of each moment.

Trying to regulate / control your environment by making sure that others know you’re not available / only available for X, Y, Z, and then monitoring and dealing with any ‘transgressions’,

and being rigid on a particular stance that was conditioned or intellectually chosen in the past (which has no bearing on what’s actually true for you in the present without that contrived overlay),

is an attempt to do in the physical what you’re unable to do in the non-physical.

When your energy is intact, you don’t need to ‘manage’ who or what’s around you.

At all.

(Peep the Mandy Bite)

Built into your complete trust in, and devotion to, yourself and the truth of each moment - is your true standard - which is energetic; not condition-based, and THAT is what’s actually applied to all people and circumstances.

Not with words.

With your energy.

Without even trying because it’s integral to who you are.

From that place, you’re only available for something very specific.

Something you never have to name or explain or even think about.

It just is.

And those who don’t meet that very specific standard in that particular moment, don’t even make it through.

Not because you created a threshold or checked them at the door.

But because there actually IS a threshold.

And those who can’t withstand it,

just turn and walk away.

Money is Malleable (An Essay)

Energetically speaking, there’s no difference between $5, $500, $5,000, $50,000, $5,000,000.

It’s what you add to the equation (the matter you create around a specific number or even the concept of money itself) that generates the illusion of one number being larger than the other.

The illusion that one number is inherently easier or more difficult to ‘acquire’ / ‘manifest’ / ‘receive’ than another.

The illusion that a smaller amount will take less ‘time’ to ‘make’ than a larger amount (or any ‘time’ at all).

The illusion that money means or says something / anything about you or anyone else.

The illusion that money has value.

The illusion that money is even real.

It’s not.

Money, just like every other piece of matter in your field, is a malleable illusion to play with as you wish.

Yet most people don’t play.

Especially with money.

Their experience of it is heavy and serious.

They perceive it as limited.

As a source of great stress.

As a reason to envy or judge others or to even judge themselves.

But on its own, money is nothing.

The idea that it’s fixed or solid,

as well as the experience / illusion / density of stress, fear, worry, envy, judgment and limitation around it…

is created by you; not money.

But it’s easier to blame money than to take full responsibility for yourself, your perceptions and your experience in any given moment.

Kinda like blaming someone else for your shitty day.

Not the vibe.

You’re not powerless to money - or to anything or anyone else for that matter.

When you stop imposing yourself on money, and you stop adding matter to the illusion of it, and you stop making it responsible for - the reason for - your feelings of perceived success, worthiness, happiness, safety, security, comfort, freedom and protection (or lack thereof),

money can move in ways and in sums and at speeds you can’t even imagine.

And…

you could ‘lose’ it all and not give a damn.

Creating Beyond The Need For Money (An Essay)

I didn’t have the required amount of money to invest long term (and at times not even for single calls) with any of the incredible mentors I’ve worked with over the years.

And yet, I worked with the very best of the best.

Because who I am is beyond the illusion of money and the need to have it in order to bring absolutely everything that’s for me, at the very highest level, directly into my field without missing a beat.

I’ve always had this ‘ability’ (which isn’t an ability at all - it’s natural to one’s being) to draw to me what I most love and truly desire at the deepest level - in spades - in excess of what I thought possible - with plenty of cherries on top - in every season of life.

Regardless of my bank account.

Because what’s for me is delivered to me by me and the illusory externals never obstruct what shows up.

Ever.

So I exist quite naturally in a world that’s catered to me specifically.

(The same is true for you)

The most extraordinary offers land at my feet.

And it’s always a feeling of, ‘Of course.’

Of course when I couldn’t ‘afford’ X, Y, Z, something even richer, even more delicious, even more me, came right to my door.

There’s much to be said about all that can be created without a dollar exchange.

And just as much to be said about what’s created with one.

On either side of the this illusory coin,

it’s all just about the energy.

You Don't Want Money (An Essay)

You think it’s the money you want.

But it’s not.

You want the experience of completely trusting your innate power and ability to create anything from nothing (including the money).

Regardless of circumstance.

Regardless of another.

Because you know without a shadow of a doubt that everything in your life (including money) is completely sourced from you.

If You're Worried About Another (An Essay)

When you stop focusing on or worrying about others (your fellow innately powerful and sovereign beings), and instead start to focus on cleaning up your shit, there’s a high fucking chance that those others will also begin to clean up their shit as well, without you even saying a word.

Even if your redirection is disruptive or confusing for them at first, if there’s a part of them that’s ready to rock and roll, they will.

Which is why those closest to you (or anyone else in your field) can experience a reduction, if not the complete dissolution, of addiction, depression, disorders, ailments, anxiety, etc (the things you keep worrying about with regards to them), because you being fully in charge of yourself provides the opportunity (energetic framing) for them to land in that same powerful energy inside themselves.

It seems like magic.

But it’s not.

In one’s purest, most natural, energetic state, none of those unsavoury things actually exist.

It’s impossible.

They’re just how one copes with not being in, and applying, one’s power.

When someone has deviated from the truth and natural movements of their being (a complete betrayal to one’s system), the only way to live with that internal split is to distract one’s self with self-created ‘issues’ that would not exist (and ultimately don’t) had they remained in their power (their natural state) in the first place.

Thus, these ‘issues’ were created and held onto for a reason.

And when that reason dissolves, POOF goes the issue.

That’s how people can ‘cure’ themselves of ABC without years of XYZ.

It’s always and only about the energy.

Did You Forget You're In Charge? (An Essay)

forgetting that you’re completely in charge of

and responsible for

yourself

your choices

and every piece of your life

inevitably leads to pain, suffering and feelings of (pick your poison):

powerlessness

victimhood

depression

dread

resignation

boredom

fear

anger

apathy

doubt

worry

anxiety

and even more unsavoury vibes

so you can live in that forgetfulness for life (most do)

or…

choose freedom

The Perfectly-Timed Catalyst (An Essay)

being in your power

in full integrity

in the truth of who you are

naturally activates

and provides a portal for

those who are ready to do the same

you needn’t

(and mustn’t)

move an inch

not even a millimetre

from the depth

and core

of you

to be the perfectly-timed catalyst

the inevitable co-creator

for the ones who dare to free-fall

into the truth they’ve always known

Why You Go Through Hell (An Essay)

You can’t ignore, soften, repress or shrink who you are and live an exceptional life.

You can’t shape shift for the world each day and then wonder why you’re depressed, anxious, suicidal, bored or angry.

THAT'S WHY YOU EXPERIENCE THOSE THINGS.

That's your incredibly brilliant system telling you VERY FUCKING CLEARLY that what you think you need to do and who you think you need to be to exist in the world (and with others), is not the answer.

The answer is so fucking simple.

Be YOU. Full out.

Which is the hardest thing

(even if it’s the most natural thing)

for most people to do.

Clean Love (An Essay)

doing something

anything

for or with a person

because you feel guilty or pressured

because you feel bad / sorry / pity for them

because you (mis)perceive they need saving

because you believe it’s your job to ‘help’ them

because you can’t withstand their pain

because ‘it’s just what you do when…’

is not pure

it’s not love

it’s an ulterior motive to ‘get’ something from the experience (validation / purpose / worthiness / love / security etc) and to alleviate the tension inside of you

for your own comfort; not theirs

but when you do something

anything

for or with a person

because it is what you truly want to do

knowing that no one needs saving

knowing that you’re not here to ‘help’ through contrived, measured, self-serving, pat-on-the-back receiving, recordable / postable actions and mindless obedience to the status quo…

but through the raw truth of your being and your devotion to the pulse of YOU (and nothing is more ‘helpful’ than that)

knowing that another person’s pain is not bigger than you

or them

and that it’s not a problem to be fixed

at all

knowing that what you do or don’t do in any given moment is perfect

despite appearances

regardless of convention

no matter how another perceives it

simply because it’s what’s true right now…

then it is clean

then it is love

because it doesn’t require you or another to abandon / shrink / dilute / change / over-extend a thing for the ‘other’,

or to maintain the delusion that such a thing is required to show love or to be loved in the first place

The Richest Woman in the World (An Essay)

I consider myself one of the richest women in the world.

And it has nothing to do with money.

True wealth is who you are.

It is the ability to experience yourself and this moment, deeply and fully.

It is to never turn away from that potency of YOU, thereby diminishing it and all the beauty that comes from it.

When you are YOU - that magical, mystical beast of pure power - it all just shows up.

Everything you need, whenever you need it.

And even more than that.

I live a lush, vibrant, opulent life.

The number in my bank account has never played a role in this.

It has never been the source of my pleasure, my joy, my freedom, my fun.

I am the source of everything I experience.

My freedom and pleasure comes from within and is never dependent on another, let alone a number in the world of make believe (money is fun but it’s a social construct just the same).

I draw delicious things to me endlessly.

Experiences I couldn’t even conjur up if I tried.

Things I never had to ‘try’ to get, to ‘manifest’, to orchestrate.

I am simply myself, in my fullness, and life organizes itself around me.

It always has, regardless of my circumstance.

This is why I have never required a lot of money to live comfortably and beautifully.

I always had what money can’t buy.

I always had that which was worth even more.

I still live better than most people I know.

Because I measure the quality and ‘success’ of my life based on my enjoyment of it, and my ability to flow with it, regardless of what happens.

I am at peace.

I am free of suffering.

I have deep, loving relationships.

I laugh and sing and dance so much.

I am relatively free of inner and outer clutter.

I spend my days as I wish.

I do what I love.

I express myself in any way I desire.

I trust myself completely.

I have it all.

Nothing is ever missing.

I’m overflowing at every turn.

I dance with each moment and I only get closer and closer to ME.

And the closer I am to who I am, the richer my life becomes.

Because that’s how it’s supposed to be.

You’re here to enjoy yourself, your life, and to play the day away - free of stress and worry and unnecessary pain.

That decadent life begins with you and only you.

And maybe a call with me.

False Protection (An Essay)

In a world of people pleasing, ‘courtesy’, and playing pretend, those who are unwilling to be fake are often seen as rude.

Lacking tact.

Heartless, even.

Truth isn’t the culprit here.

It’s the belief that it needs to be repressed to ‘protect’ others from who we really are, and to ‘protect’ ourselves from their response to who that is.

Who's Your Master? (An Essay)

If you experience euphoria when and because something happens, you’re just as susceptible to feeling its opposite in equal measure when and because something else happens.

Because your feelings are based on what happens.

And what happens changes all the time.

Which means your emotional state changes all the time.

So what happens becomes your Master.

And you get a new Master every day.

Maybe even every hour of the day.

But the ultimate truth is:

Events are not your Master.

People are not your Master.

Feelings are not your Master.

You are your Master.

If you choose.

Anything Is Better Than This (An Essay)

Deliciousness happens when you move towards the tension.

Power.

Ecstasy.

Freedom.

Truth.

Yet most people do everything they can to avoid it.

It’s dangerous.

It’s uncomfortable.

It’s all too much.

Better to stay safe, comfortable and small than to actually leap into the unknown.

Better to complain.

Better to be bored.

Better to stick with what doesn’t work.

At least there are no surprises there.

Better to blame others,

the government,

the past,

the moon,

for all that’s going wrong.

Better to light up than to feel the tension.

Better to pour one than to feel the tension.

Better to binge than to feel the tension.

Better to overwork than to feel the tension.

Better to act powerless than to feel the tension.

Better to avoid that person, that call, that truth.

Better to lie, to hide, to cheat, to stay.

Better to just remain in the illusion that all is okay.

Anything is better than standing in one’s full power,

in the truth of each moment,

in the endless tension that brings.

Anything is better than that.

Until it isn’t.

Then you just stop caring.

All the fucks? Gone.

Making others comfortable? Done.

Caring what they think? As if.

Risking it all? No such thing.

There are no risks.

There's nothing to lose.

There's only truth.

There’s only YOU.

Bypassing Clutter (An Essay)

Bypassing does exist.

If there’s clutter.

But when there isn’t, it’s energetically impossible to carry the weight of the past or of a particular experience from one moment to the next.

There’s nothing for it to attach itself to.

No stories to make it mean something.

No addiction to pain and suffering.

No delusion of being a victim.

No need to run and hide.

Clutter simply cannot exist in the void.

There’s no accumulation.

The channel is clean.
